CONGRATULATIONS to... LENAH by Ellen D'Acquisto (Tucson, AZ) WINNER 2010 PLAYWRIGHT PROJECT COMPETITION Announcing Playwright Project Competition 2011: Aspiring Playwrights may submit any original, never before produced work into this competition. Deadlines for submission are December 1, 2010. Any genre (musical or play), any length (one-act, full-length). Entrants must submit two copies of their play: one blind (no author listed) hard copy with a cover letter including contact information (mailed to Orpheus Theatre, PO Box 1014, Oneonta, NY 13820) and one electronic official copy (via email: sarahlynnhazard@gmail.com). Enteries, upon approval, will go onto compete. Top three scripts chosen from stage-one of competition move onto stage two of competition. One winner will work with a director and the producer of the project to develop their script and receive a fully-staged production/premier performance at our 2011 Playwright Project Theatre Festival, Spring 2011.
